President Pearce made the following Conference Committee                       
appointments in the event the House fails to recede from its                   
amendment to CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                               
NO. 8(RLS) Approving in part the revised open meetings guidelines              
proposed by the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics, to meet                
with a like committee from the House to consider the resolutions
